Chaos reveals

I was in chaos once, and boy was that a time to miss. Hate and blood clinging so thick in the air you can lick the reek of every salty, fresh wound.

Anyone who has experienced the ecstatic explosion of pent up frustrations, the gush of hateful groundswell, must know the delightful bloodlust that it entails.

I don’t know much about anything, but one thing’s clear. When life is as cheap as a rusted machete, and a dug up hole of dirt, that is the time when all hypocrisy is revealed…

Haze

It was such a bad haze, or smog, or whatever you want to call it, that some people just ended up upside down and bloody on the road sides the past few days. What a messy, messy night indeed.

Good thing I always got my instinct honed for such occasions.

Nothing beats hunting and gutting up wounded pigs, with a great haze to blanket the night.

Paris, 1970

Just realized how lots of intriguing things took place in 1970.

The ambitious project called Aswan Dam was completed on that fateful year. An achievement which, eventually, lead up to such things as the increase in bilharzias parasitic infection on the unsuspecting local population.

The Beatles break up on the same time. Leading up, of course, to the glorious murder of John Lennon. Hell, the first ever introduction of computer Floppy Disks was done on the same year!

Let’s not forget the more blood-smeared episodes of a Palestinian militant groups’ hijacking of five airplanes around the globe. On that note, we shouldn’t forget the shooting at Kent State University either…

Glorious, epic times indeed. Nothing, however, as epic and glorious as the live show done by Mr. Osborne and friends, in Paris, sometime in 1970…

Exhibition

I can never really understand the point of art exhibitions. That is not until I check out the Chapman bros’ delightful exhibitions…Those two gave me lots of wonderful ideas indeed. Particularly with the human-like figures they presented.

Anyway, what is missing for me, on any ‘gratifying’ exhibitions, would be a suitable soundtrack to have a walk through it. The right choice of music and art, surprisingly, can have some sort of soothing effect for this restless mind.

No, I’m not talking about music presented in the exhibition, but something that one can listen on their own, with an Ipod, or whatever.

Play loud. Count loud.
